Colombia Clients Visit Our Factory for On-site Industrial Sewing Machine Training & Technical Troubleshooting

This week, we were delighted to welcome our long-term partners from Colombia to our manufacturing base in China for a comprehensive technical training program focused on our automatic industrial sewing machines.

This in-person training session was specially arranged to address the real challenges the team meets during daily production at their garment factory. Our senior technical engineers walked them through the full operation workflow of our sewing equipment, demonstrated standard setup procedures, and gave hands-on guidance on routine maintenance.

A large part of this visit was dedicated to troubleshooting the common technical issues they encountered in daily running. Our engineers listened carefully to every problem reported by the Colombian clients, reproduced the faults on the machines on the spot, analyzed root causes step by step, and taught reliable, fast solutions. Clients also shared their on-site production feedback, which helps us continuously optimize our machine performance and after-sales support system.

Face-to-face communication always works better than online messages. During the training, our team and Colombian partners discussed garment production requirements , exchanged ideas about production efficiency improvement, and deepened mutual trust.
